Service Idea Prompts

Choose a service:

Help me choose an AI-assisted freelance service to offer.

My skills/experience: [list]. Time available: [hours/week]. Goal: [income target / start small].

Suggest 6 services. Score each on: how fast I could start, demand, how much AI helps, and how easy it is to sell. Recommend the top 2 with reasons.

Validate a service idea:

I'm thinking of offering [service] to [type of client].

Tell me honestly: who needs this, what they'd pay for it, how crowded it is, and what would make my version stand out. Flag if it's hard to sell or saturated, and suggest a sharper version.

Find services for a specific audience:

I want to serve [type of business/role]. What AI-assisted services do they actually need and would pay for?

List 8 service ideas specific to them, with the problem each solves and a rough sense of value. Prioritize ones I could deliver reliably.

Offer Creation Prompts

Define a niche:

I offer [service]. Help me niche down so I'm easier to choose and recommend.

Suggest 5 specific niches (by industry, business size, or use case). For each: why they need this service, how to reach them, and how niching changes my pitch. Recommend the most promising.

Write an offer:

Turn my service into a clear offer.

Service: [describe]. Target client: [describe]. The result they get: [outcome].

Give me: an offer name, who it's for, the problem it solves, what's included (deliverables), the outcome, and a simple pricing structure idea. Clear and specific — no vague "solutions."

Create offer tiers:

Help me create 3 tiers for my service [describe].

Give a basic, standard, and premium tier — each with what's included, who it's for, and how they differ. Make the middle tier the obvious best value. Keep the tiers easy to understand.

Client Outreach Prompts

Write outreach messages:

Write a cold outreach message offering [service] to [type of client].

Context about them: [what I know about the prospect]. The result I deliver: [outcome].

Keep it short, personalized, and about them — not me. Open with something specific, name the problem, hint at the outcome, and end with a low-pressure ask. Give me 2 versions.

Write a DM pitch:

Write a short DM pitching [service] to [prospect type] on [platform].

Make it casual, specific, and not spammy. Lead with a genuine observation or compliment that's real, connect to the problem I solve, and ask a soft question. Under 80 words.

Write a follow-up:

I reached out to a prospect about [service] and got no reply. Original message: [paste].

Write 2 follow-ups: one short nudge, and one that adds value (a quick tip or relevant idea). Friendly, not pushy. Space them out reasonably.

Proposal Prompts

Write a proposal:

Write a freelance proposal for [client] who needs [service].

Their situation: [describe]. My approach: [how I'd do it]. Deliverables: [list]. Timeline: [rough]. Price: [amount/range].

Structure: short summary of their problem, my approach, deliverables, timeline, price, and next step. Confident and client-focused. No jargon.

Write a quick scope for a small project:

A client wants [small project]. Write a simple one-page scope.

Cover: what's included, what's not, the deliverable, timeline, price, and what I need from them. Clear enough to avoid scope creep, friendly enough to feel easy to say yes to.

Delivery Prompts

Build a client delivery checklist:

Create a delivery checklist for my [service] so quality is consistent.

Cover: what I confirm before starting, the production steps, my own quality review (including checking AI output), and how I hand off the final work. Format as checkboxes.

Write client onboarding questions:

Write the onboarding questions I should ask a new client before starting [service].

Cover: their goals, brand/voice, examples they like, constraints, deadlines, and how they'll measure success. Group them and keep them easy to answer.

Write a project wrap-up message:

Write a message to send a client when I deliver [service].
